All prices are in Polish Złoty (PLN). Please by mindful of the currency conversion depending on your payment provider!
About the Things
✧ The products in the shop are 100% designed and mostly handmade by me.
✧ Even if I strive for Top Quality there might be minor imperfections that flew under my rada, or minor differences between products of the same kind.
✧ The colors of the products might slightly differ from what you see on your monitor - that’s the thing about photos and monitors.
✧ I add freebies (based on the vibe of your order) that are in most cases b-grade - maybe you’ll find some use for them ; >
About shipping
✧ I’m trying to send out orders as fast as possible, but due to the limitation of post-office working hours and me just being one person juggling everything, it might take up to one week.
✧ I use Polish Post for shipping. While they claim it takes just a few days for the letters/packages to arrive internationally, that’s rarely true. I cannot guarantee the order’s arrival before a set date, so please plan your purchases with that in mind.
Starting with Jan. 2026 it's impossible to mail goods in flat envelope with tracking for an affordable price. Currently, the Global Express with tracking is available for selected countries.
USA shipping is still suspended ;<
✧ If you have a special request for packing your order please let me know. I try to pick adequate shipping materials that would match the type of items sent (standard envelope, bubble, cardstock), but if you know you need plastic sleeve/extra reinforcement, I can try and add that as well.
✧ IMPORTANT: my prices don’t include VAT and local taxes/customs. Please be aware that you might need to pay additional fees upon receiving the package.
Something went wrong
✧ Per consumer laws, because you shop online, you can return your purchase within 14 days starting when you received your order. You don’t need to state a reason, but I require you notify me you plan to return the order via e-mail or contact form before you send the item back. The items need to be in the same condition you received them and unused. I’ll try to arrange a refund including the shipping cost. A feedback about returned items would help me improve them in the future!
✧ If it takes more than 3 weeks for the order to reach you, it got terribly damaged on the way, or if I forgot to pack a part of your order (*shakes fist at ADHD*) please contact me at dranka@drankokoro.com.
